Dr.Elchuri’s recipes for SKIN PIGMENTATION
Causes:
Skin Pigmentation occurs mainly due to the malfunctioning of the endocrine glands and the liver. Skin pigmentation problems occur as either an excessive coloration or darkening of the skin or a loss of color and pigment in the skin, over the entire body or just in patches and spots.
Pigmentation is more widespread amongst the middle-aged women. Very few women in younger age suffer from skin problems like pigmentation, and the extent of the problem is minimal with few exceptions. This in fact is related to the endocrinal changes that occur when women reach middle age.
The severity of pigmentation problem is associated with several diseases and disorders. So careful investigation is needed for increasing the body’s immunity and purification of Blood.
Recipe No.1:
Take 10 gms cow’s ghee and add boil it on SIM flame by adding 10 pepper (miriyaalu). After few minutes remove the pepper from the ghee and use the ghee along with daily food.
Benefits:
Blood gets purified, body immunity increases and skin related problems are removed.
Recipe No.2:
Add 1 spoon honey to warm Goat’s milk and take early in the morning.
Benefits:
Good relief of skin pigmentation within 40 to 100 days.
Recipe No.3:
Pachchi pasupu : 100 gm (Make pieces of turmeric sticks, dry them and make fine powder).
Maanu pasupu : 100 gm (fine powder)
Mangista powder : 100 gms
White mustard powder : 100 gms ( Fry mustard lightlyby adding 2 drops ghee and make powder)
Kaavirai powder : 100 gms
Cow’s ghee : sufficient
Mix all powders, sieve in a fine cloth and store in a bottle.
Usage:
Add little ghee to 2 to 3 spoons of above powder and apply to face in the form of thick paste. Let it dry and later wash.
Benefits:
Pigmentation disappears within 2 to 3 months.

You can try the Jammi bark recipe for removal of unwanted hair.
Pl do not use the same for young children as it may cause little burning. Instead you can use Nalugu pindi to remove unwanted hair from children's face.

Sir,
Very recently that is 2days back i took an appointment with Eluchuri Sir and got diagnosised.
I have lots of pimples marks and my nose and chin area is very dark. Am a very dark shade complexion.
I asked him regarding that he said some items to mix and apply..but bcoz of less time, he was busy and many people were in Q, i could not ask him to repeat twice.
He said a mixture of 3 items..two i could follow and other am not able to recollect.
1. Daniyalu
2. Minnamulu
3. (dont remember)
Can you please guid me in getting the thrid item. It would be really great if anyone answer me.

It is always better if you collect/purchase the ingradients and prepare the recipe yourself. Better not purchase ready made items available with the shoppers unless you know them well. Dr. Elchuri has opened one centre in Hyderabad where you may get good quality recipes/paste/syrups. Better take from there.

Hi,

I have already taken allopathy treatment last year but the marks have not gone completely.And once i stop the treatment the marks reappears.

For Hyper pigmentation:
One has to improve the immunity and purify the blood apart from application of the recipes mentioned above i.e. external applications.
For increasing immunity and purification of blood the following will be helpful if followed regularly:
1)Apply paste of soaked usirika pieces soaked in milk entire the body. Wait till it dries for one hour and take bath.
2)Take one spoon of Aamla powder added with candy sugar powder and drink a glass of water. Cures several blood related problems.
3)Extract juice from wheat grass and take atleast 100 to 150 ml daily. It is panacea for several problems and prevents & cures the above problems. If fresh wheat grass is not available, wheat grass powder mixed in water may be taken.
4)Extract juice of Methi leaves (Menthi aaku) and take 100 to 150 ml.
5)Extract tulasi leaves juice and take one to two spoons daily in the morning. If tulasi leaves are not available, take two spoons of tulasi ark mixed in half glass water. Tulasi ark is available with 'Aasharaam bapu' centre.
6) Take tender coconut water two three times a day.
If one follows the above regularly, many many diseases can be prevented and eliminated including skin pigmentation.
